This page documents all the tools that can be used to query and analyse the CATH resource. We will be adding more tools to this section in the near future.

• BLAST - search CATH using a FASTA sequence (or ID)
• Cathedral Server - search CATH using a PDB structure
• SSAP Server - perform a pairwise structure comparison
