Beta Sandwich
This protein architecture comprises two beta sheets that pack together, face-to-face, in a layered arrangement. The connections between the strands in the sheet differ between beta sandwiches with different topologies. The example given here is beta-2-microglobulin (CATH domain ID 2hlaB00).
