CATH-AlphaFlow is a Nextflow pipeline developed by CATH and the UCL Advanced Research Computing Centre. The pipeline runs various modules of a new version of CATH-Assign, called CATH-AF-CLI.

This tutorial is regularly used during annual summer training programs, at the Orengo lab. [[data_curation:superfamily_naming_tutorial:index|Superfamily Naming exercise (Last updated in Sept 2023)]] - This tutorial will introduce you to the manual annotation process for naming superfamilies in CATH. This tutorial is regularly used and updated by the students who enrol for our annual summer training program conducted, at the Orengo lab.
