This page provides information on the data files that are available to download from CATH.

| CathDomall | Domain boundaries for each PDB Chain in “domall” format |
| CathUnclassifiedList | List of CATH domains that are waiting to be assigned |

| Domain Sequences (ATOM) | FASTA sequence database for all CATH domains (based on ATOM records in PDB) |
